Service Description
Bring your team together with a private, coach-led session designed to lift morale, reduce stress, and strengthen everyday collaboration. The ride is inclusive for all levels and creates a shared win that people feel on and off the bike—energised, positive, and more connected at work. What’s included: Bike set-up, guided ride, cool-down — total 90′. Capacity: up to 9 people. Why teams love it: - Builds trust & connection through a supportive, shared challenge - Boosts mood and focus; a simple reset for busy schedules - Creates momentum back at work with a clear shared experience Add-ons (quoted): Charity activation, photo recap, refreshments handling, custom theme/playlist, extra 15′. What to bring: Training clothes, clean indoor shoes, small towel, and a water bottle. Accessibility: Scalable intensity and pacing cues for every rider. Pricing: Single CHF 260 · 4-week CHF 230/session (CHF 920) · 8-week CHF 210/session (CHF 1’680) · 12-week CHF 180/session (CHF 2’160).
Cancellation Policy
Corporate Booking Policy: Private, coach-led indoor cycling session (90′ incl. setup/cool-down). Capacity up to 9. All levels. Prices & add-ons. Current prices on the service page/rate card. Add-ons (charity activation, photo recap, refreshments handling, custom theme, +15′) are quoted. Payment. Single sessions: invoiced on booking, net 10 days. Series (8–12 weeks): 50% deposit on quote acceptance, balance at first session (or net 10). Prices exclude VAT if applicable. Reschedule/Cancel (client). • ≥7 days: free reschedule or full refund. • 6–3 days: one free reschedule or 50% fee. • <72h / no-show: 100% fee. For series: applies per session; max 2 moves within a 12-week series (subject to availability). Late arrival. Sessions end on time; late arrival may shorten the ride without fee change. Spinbox changes / force majeure. If we must postpone (coach illness/venue issue/force majeure), we offer the earliest alternative or refund for the affected session(s). No liability for indirect losses. Group & substitutions. Max 9 per session; larger teams may book back-to-back. Participant substitutions allowed up to start time if safety criteria met. Health & safety. Participants must be fit for exercise or have medical clearance. Intensity is self-paced; lighter options offered. 16+ (under 18 with guardian consent). Bring training clothes, clean indoor shoes, water bottle; towels provided. We may adapt/stop participation for safety. Client duties. Provide accurate group size/access needs; share Safety Brief & Waiver with all participants; ensure Waiver is signed before the session; treat equipment/staff with care. Conduct, alcohol, drugs. Zero tolerance for abusive conduct; no alcohol/drugs before or during. We may refuse participation without refund. Damage & liability. Client is responsible for damage beyond normal wear. Participation is at own risk. Spinbox holds public liability insurance; this does not replace corporate/personal cover. Media & data. Photos/video only with prior consent; opt-out respected.
