WOMEN’S STRENGTH 101 PROGRAM

An 8-week progressive journey from ground zero to confident, safe lifting.

Starts 27 OctChemin du Vernay

Service Description

Build Strength. Build Confidence. Build Community. Just like learning to dance in structured salsa levels, our Women's Strength Program is designed as a clear, progressive curriculum. If you have ever felt intimidated by free weights or worried about injuring your back, knees, or shoulders, Level 1 is your safe starting point. Starting from absolute zero, this 8-week cycle teaches you the biomechanics of safe lifting under the direct coaching of Vola — Fitness Coach and Swiss squat record holder — alongside Personal Trainer Michelle Jones. Because group size is strictly capped at 6 women, you get the individual attention of semi-private coaching alongside the camaraderie of a supportive team. What You Will Master: • Week 1–2: The Hinge & Posture – Mastering hip mechanics, core bracing, and protecting your lower back. • Week 3–4: The Squat Progression – Bodyweight to Goblet squats, refining knee tracking, mobility, and depth. • Week 5–6: Upper Body Strength & Pulls – Safe pressing, row mechanics, and shoulder joint integrity. • Week 7–8: The Barbell Transition – Integrating full-body barbell lifts, loading safely, and progressive strength. Key Program Details: • Group Size: Strictly limited to 6 participants. • Commitment: 8 consecutive Tuesday sessions (18:30 – 19:30), Oct 27 to Dec 15. • Prerequisite: None! Absolute beginners welcome. • Progression: Graduates receive priority access to our Level 2 progression in the New Year. Stronger together—this is your time to build strength for life.
